I'm Nidia Mota, Chief Operating Officer at Arizona and Texas Advanced Imaging.

We specialize in personal injury radiology, operating in both Arizona and Texas. Arizona is our home base, where we currently have five facilities, and we continue to grow in Houston, Texas, with four facilities.

As a high-volume radiology company, we handle between 1,000 to 2,000 patients each month.

We collaborate with many outside radiology companies, including Global Radiology, which also uses RamSoft. It’s incredibly helpful that we’re on the same platform because it allows us to streamline workflows and seamlessly share images with one another.

When we started Arizona Advanced Imaging five years ago, we operated with just one PACS system. As we grew, RamSoft grew with us.

Today, we’re fully cloud-based, and we’ve integrated RIS into our workflow. This transition has significantly benefited our providers and staff.

Our workflow is now far more efficient. We can easily pull reports, access appointment details, and manage everything through one software platform.

We started using RamSoft in 2018, and we’ve grown alongside them. Their support has been crucial to our expansion, especially as we develop our operations in Houston.

RamSoft’s platform has been an incredible resource for our providers. With just one system and one website, we can access thousands of patient reports in real-time.

Additionally, it’s a great solution for storing appointment details, keeping everything organized and easily accessible for our growing team.
