Vijay Ramanathan co-founded the company 30+ years ago with his father, Dr. Ram. While pursuing his BASc in Computer Engineering at the University of Waterloo, he and his brother Siva created the first version of RamSoft’s medical image management software. Today, as CEO, Vijay leads our vision for OmegaAI®, RamSoft’s cloud-native, AI driven platform that automates the entire medical imaging workflow. Vijay also leads our strategy to enable AI to become widely adopted in medical imaging, leading to drastic improvements in patient outcomes, saving millions of lives.

Vijay is a thought-leader in AI and machine learning, cloud-native solutions, mobile applications, PACS/RIS/EMR, medical imaging, health information exchange, teleradiology, and the and enterprise solutions for medical imaging.  

In 2023, Vijay was recognized in Top 50 Under 50 Indo-Canadians. Vijay is a father of two children, enjoys playing basketball, chess, golf, and pickleball. Vijay also enjoys traveling to enjoy the diversity of our beautiful world.

Siva Ramanathan is Chief Technology Officer at RamSoft and created the first version of RamSoft’s medical image management software, Ultrapro™, and later PowerServer™ with his brother, Vijay. Today, with 30+ years of creating innovative solutions for medical imaging and serving thousands of users worldwide, Siva has led the engineering effort to build OmegaAI®, RamSoft’s cloud-native multi-tenant SaaS platform with zero-downtime deployments. In his role as Chief Technology Officer, he has cultivated a startup-like environment to disrupt existing industry norms to deliver on the promise of saving patient lives.

Siva has extensive expertise in architecting and implementing scalable and distributed systems. He has been a technophile since early childhood, and he will always be a developer at heart.  

Siva is an Autism advocate and a father of three special needs children with severe Autism. He loves using technology to help those with special needs realize their full potential.  In his spare time, Siva spends his spare time with his wife and four children.

Aaron Pelz, CFO at RamSoft, is a senior financial executive with 20+ years progressive experience in technology, media, and consulting sectors with nimble late-stage start-up, high-growth medium-sized businesses, and large global enterprises. He is successful at partnering with companies to outperform the market, drive-in efficiency and execute aggressive growth strategies through innovative thinking, effective change management, and building relationships. In his role as CFO of RamSoft, Aaron is charged with growing the financial strength of the business as it embarks on its next stage of global growth. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer at Caseware, VP Finance at Sage Software and Head of Finance for StackAdapt.

Aaron is a CPA and serves as a mentor at OnDeck, an incubator for aspiring start-ups. In his spare time, Aaron loves focusing on his physical fitness and health, food experiences around the globe and will never turn down a good bourbon or red from the south of France.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Rob Sandler is responsible for developing and executing RamSoft's global marketing, communications and product marketing efforts. Mr. Sandler is a seasoned marketing executive specializing in getting early-stage technology organizations on an accelerated path to commercial traction at a global scale while building their global brands. His experience includes all facets of marketing, product management, and channel programs with a strong competency in launching and marketing disruptive technologies in life science, molecular diagnostics, and medical imaging. Most recently, he was Chief Marketing Officer at MolecuLight, a manufacturer of bacterial imaging and measurement devices in the wound care marketplace. Previously, Mr. Sandler has also held executive marketing positions at Exact Imaging, Aspect Imaging, VisEn Medical (acquired by Perkin Elmer), VisualSonics (acquired by SonoSite), Visible Genetics (IPO) and Grey Interactive.  

Rob has his MBA from Ivey School of business and is actively involved in charitable efforts. He’s an avid skier/snowboarder, kitesurfer, music buff and he loves travelling.

Scott Evers is SVP, Sales for RamSoft and has spent the past 30 years in Medical Imaging as a loyal team leader contributing to five consecutive acquisitions, two turnarounds and one successful IPO. As a passionate executive and energetic change agent, Scott has demonstrated proven success over a broad range of experiences from explosive startup sales growth to efficient turnaround project completion to business development for Global Fortune 500 companies. Previous assignments have included Senior Vice President and North American Business Leader for AGFA Radiology, Vice President Sales and Business Development for Carestream, Founder and President of Genesis Digital Imaging (sold to Carestream), Vice President Sales for Orex (sold to Kodak), Vice President Sales for AuntMinnie.com (sold to IMV), Vice President Sales for Lumisys (sold to Kodak), and Director of Sales for CompuRad (IPO, sold to Lumisys).

Scott is a proud father to three teenage sons, drives a classic VW Westfalia van to embody his California stereotype, and has traveled to all seven continents exploring all the world has to offer. 

As Vice President of Platform Engineering at RamSoft, Govindarajan leads DevOps, IT, FinOps, and Information Security, driving innovation, scalability, and operational excellence. A hands-on technologist and transformational thought leader, he blends deep technical expertise with strategic vision to build high-performing engineering organizations.

With over two decades of experience in Product Development and rich experience in Cloud, DevSecOps and Automation, Govindarajan has led large-scale platform transformations, enabling automation-first, self-service, and security-driven engineering cultures. His expertise in Kubernetes, observability, and cost optimization has helped teams accelerate innovation while improving resilience and efficiency. He believes in keeping things simple while continuously challenging the status quo. A lifelong “unlearner”, he thrives on solving complex challenges and fostering high-performance engineering cultures.

Beyond work, he enjoys traveling to under-explored destinations and uncovering hidden gems. A keen investor, he loves analyzing stocks—not just for financial performance but to understand the invisible business dynamics shaping industries. He lives in Bangalore with his spouse and son.

Deeksha Shukla has been with RamSoft since 2020 and now serves as the company’s General Counsel, leading its legal and compliance strategy to ensure adherence to evolving healthcare technology regulations. She manages complex agreements with customers, distributors, and vendors across the U.S., Canada, and global markets, while also overseeing regulatory filings and audits. Deeksha has a strong inclination toward legal research and article writing, with a keen interest in company law, contract law, and labor and HR regulations. Her expertise in these areas enables her to provide strategic legal guidance while ensuring compliance with evolving legal frameworks.

With extensive legal experience working with multinational organizations, government projects, and boutique law firms, Deeksha has advised on regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance. Having lived and worked in India, Oman, and now Canada, she offers a global perspective that helps RamSoft navigate complex legal landscapes. She is also a certified ISO 13485 Auditor and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.

Outside of work, Deeksha enjoys traveling, exploring different cuisines, and cooking. She lives with her husband, a dentist, and their 8-year-old son, balancing her dynamic career with family life.

BoseS C is Vice President, Sales, Asia for RamSoft and has extensive healthcare experience with previous executive roles in Healthcare, HCIT and Medical Devices. He has a deep understanding across healthcare spaces combined with Informatics, Analytics and Techno-commercial strategy to launch solutions in the emerging markets. Drawing on this experience, Bose is fervently dedicated to enhancing healthcare quality by delivering innovative solutions designed to achieve optimal outcomes for both users and patients.

Bose was a key executive at Meddiff Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bangalore, India from inception through its acquisition by RamSoft in 2021. He actively developed Meddiff’s market penetration in India and in neighboring countries during his tenure. Previously, he was a Sales executive with L&T's medical division, where he managed sales and services for multiple product lines.

Bose holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation from Madras University and an Executive MBA, specializing in Corporate Information Technology. He is the Alumni of IIM, Kozhikode (eMDP program graduate in Strategy & Management).

With over 19 years in health informatics, Gaurav has built and led high-performing global support organizations that drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence. As Vice President of Customer Support at RamSoft, he has played a critical role in scaling the company's support operations to accommodate its rapid growth, improving service efficiency, and ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority. Under his leadership, the support team has consistently delivered exceptional service efficiency, contributing directly to RamSoft's growth trajectory. Gaurav has spearheaded the development of a global support team and implemented innovative training programs that have upskilled teams to meet evolving client needs. His leadership has strengthened client relationships, optimized workflows, and solidified RamSoft as a trusted partner in the medical imaging space, working with a wide range of healthcare organizations including teleradiology practices, outpatient imaging centers, and hospitals.

Outside of work, Gaurav is a proud father to a teenage daughter, an avid basketball fan, and a car enthusiast. He loves to travel, exploring new destinations and experiencing different cultures along the way.
