My name is Miranda Polselli, and I'm the Chief Operating Officer for 3D Mobile Mammography. RamSoft was able to help us with the mobile structure of our business. We operate mini-buses across many locations, and with constant changes in those locations, RamSoft was instrumental in implementing a program that helped us stay on track and keep up with the growth and demand.
When we approached RamSoft, we explained the challenges we foresaw with expanding to multiple buses and locations throughout Florida. We knew we would need to customize RamSoft to fit the needs of our company. With the help of their team, they crafted a system completely dedicated to us. They were able to implement changes quickly, which is not typical for outpatient, brick-and-mortar imaging centers. RamSoft really shined in adapting to our mobile model and the outreach we required.
RamSoft put together a user-friendly, customizable system that allows us to add on features whenever needed. They are growing with us. With RamSoft, we use what's called a Gateway, which allows for the ease of image sharing and transfer. The images come straight off our Hologic mammography machine and into the RamSoft system. Immediately, those images are shared with our radiologist at his specialized workstation, enabling a 24-hour report turnaround time. Without RamSoft, this would not have been possible.
Our mammography technologists can view previous images and have access to the RamSoft system as well. We also provide diagnostic mobile mammography services to the community here in Florida, thanks to the system built specifically for us. Training on the system is quick and easy—it's very user-friendly.
My intake specialists, who are also our CDL drivers, are very aware of the patient care they need to provide. They were able to pick up on the training quickly, despite not coming from a medical background. RamSoft's user-friendly connectivity made this possible. My staff can learn the system within a day with short training sessions.
RamSoft also dedicated a resource to our mammography room so that our technologists can view images and take care of patients appropriately.
