RamSoft Supports Advanced Imaging's Growth to Ten Personal Injury Imaging Centers

I'm Nidia Mota, the Chief Operating Officer at Arizona Advanced Imaging. We operate nine centers across Texas and Arizona ,specializing in personalized radiology and personal injury cases.

We started in 2018 with just one in-house PACS system. As we grew, we transitioned to a cloud-based software solution. Now, we’re operating in two states with 10 centers, all equipped with RIS. RamSoft has been instrumental in helping us scale efficiently.

When I first joined, I worked in the front office. Today, as COO, my role is to expand our business, and RamSoft has been by my side throughout this journey. Their software has been a tremendous asset for Arizona Advanced Imaging. It provides live appointment updates and instant access to all our reports, which is critical as we continue to grow.

One of the features I appreciate most is how easy RamSoft makes it to map out new locations. By simply clicking a button, we can copy all our settings to a new facility, saving time and ensuring consistency.

We also collaborate with outside radiology companies, like Global Radiology, which also uses RamSoft. This shared platform allows us to streamline workflows and easily share images between facilities.

Having worked in the front office myself, I know how challenging some software solutions can be. RamSoft, however, has streamlined our entire process—from appointment scheduling to report generation—making life easier for both staff and patients.

RamSoft has been a part of our journey since 2018, and their cloud-based platform has been pivotal in reducing IT costs while allowing us to customize and scale our PACS system as needed. We are able to be in direct communication with RamSoft, and it makes our job a lot easier.
