Pre-Installation Services
With RamSoft you have the ability to Lease, Rent or Purchase. In partnership with a leasing company, RamSoft offers financing for customers. Upon qualification of credit, a facility can have complete RamSoft solution (excluding Gateway Router) and installed for as little as $500 per month for the first six months.
RamSoft project managers provide a single point of contact between the customer and vendors. Experts will coordinate all aspects of a project to make sure that new solutions are implemented within the planned budget and timeframe. Project managers will stay engaged with you from the early planning stages to final system delivery.
A RamSoft expert will engage your organization for a period of time to complete an in-depth workflow analysis. Once this analysis is complete, RamSoft will design an efficient digital solution customized to your organization’s workflow and budgetary needs.

Our Professional Services training team will train your staff to use your RamSoft digital imaging solution efficiently and effectively to maximize its inherent benefits and increase staff productivity.
Over 22 courses covering over 100 software procedures have been developed to help end users in all roles become proficient using RamSoft. The RamSoft e-learning University is a tool provided for those that require a refresher course on certain features or are a new hire that needs to learn the application.
Our Customer Support team is available Monday - Friday 6AM - 10PM EST. We also provide emergency support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for customers that are under the RamSoft support agreement.
